My JJBA oc is named Celia Marina but prefers to go by her middle name, marina. She's 28 years old and works at a marine biology lab specializing in marine rehabilitation and conservation in Morioh Japan underneath her boss Jotaro Kujo.

her inspirations are Ponyo's mother from Ponyo, and mother nature from Disney's "fantasia".
Parents: not on very good terms.
Jotaro Kujo: Been friends since high school; had always felt something for him. but after he left japan for school they lost contact for 10 years. They eventually meet back up when Marina takes up an assistant job at his marine lab in morioh. They are extremely close and care for each other deeply.(More information will come out soon! :3)
